KUNDALINI YOGA

A 60-minute kundalini yoga class. Breath, kriyas, meditation, and mantra are foundational components of this class, resulting in a soulful experience. You can expect to build heat in the body to the sounds of an intentionally curated playlist that will amplify your internal experience. Classes change week to week. 


MEDITATION

While our movement classes encourage us to embrace times of play and expansion, meditation allows us to pair that with periods of rest and introspection. This structure allows us to navigate life through synchronicity and attune to the subtleties of our inner landscape. The use of instruments is often incorporated to enhance your practice.


DEEP RELEASE

This low-impact class feels like an internal massage. Designed to address the fascial network, we use engagement and elongation of tissue along with repetitive movements that are accessible regardless of your existing movement practices. The result is increased lymph and digestive flow, and with time, decreased pain and density in the body. This is an excellent way to support the body for regular kundalini practice.

This method disrupts holding patterns, unwinds fascial tension chains, and remodels tissue to hold a new pattern.
